Jen Finn (MBA ’00) is CEO and founder of HIO, a company that uses conversational AI to provide automated customer service to multifamily properties. Join Teresa Fuller (GEMBA ’17) for her chat with Finn to learn how she uses AI to drive advancement in property management. 

Finn brings 30 years experience driving digital transformation, building digital products and scaling highly regulated business operations. From her early days developing custom software with Ernst & Young to over 18 years with Capital One transforming its marketing operations, customer service and small business bank, Finn is adept at reimagining business models with human-centered design and emerging technologies. Her expertise and experience uniquely position her as a leader in the conversational AI space, and she is now driving advancements in multifamily property management through her startup, HIO.

Teresa Fuller (GEMBA ’17) is an expert in AI-driven CPG marketing and enterprise tech sales. She combined her education, an MBA from Darden and a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from Miami University, with her career expertise to launch her executive coaching practice, Congressional Consulting. Her career spans revenue-generating roles at early-stage startups like Bask Suncare, Trunk Club, Framebridge, Copperleaf and GoCanvas, focusing on scalable growth and operational efficiency. Fluent in four languages, she excels in global business relations. At Congressional Consulting, Fuller provides tailored executive and career coaching, leveraging AI tools and deep market knowledge to enhance client performance. Her approach blends practical business strategies with Stanford's Design Your Life program principles, making her a sought-after coach in her field.
